Our Story
Thirteen Industries was born out of the retail and workshop environment, where we experienced firsthand how difficult it had become to balance price, quality bicycle spares, and consistent supply. We saw the gap. We lived the challenge. And we knew there had to be a better way.
With a lifelong passion for cycling and deep roots in the industry, we set out to create that balance — supplying high-quality spares and components to our dealer network across South Africa, without compromising on value or reliability.

Founded by Experience
13Industries was founded by Craig Paul, whose career has been firmly rooted in the retail and workshop side of the cycling industry. After retiring from professional mountain biking, Craig spent years working directly with bikes, mechanics, and riders — gaining a practical understanding of what workshops truly need.
Recognising a clear gap in the market for high-quality aftermarket workshop spares, he established 13Industries to serve that need.
Over the years, we have steadily built a strong client base and expanded our stock holding, earning our place as a trusted and reliable distributor within the South African cycling market.
2021 marked a watershed year for the business, as we welcomed additional premium brands into our portfolio — moving one step closer to our vision of becoming the one-stop shop for aftermarket cycling products in South Africa.
