Who are we?

 

Thirteen Industries was born out of the retail and workshop environment where we felt it was increasingly difficult to find a balance between the price, quality of bicycle spares and consistent supply. With a lifetime passion and involvement in cycling, we have managed to create a balance between providing quality spares and parts to our dealer network across South Africa. We firmly believe in providing quality products and great service over fancy packaging and marketing campaigns, keeping the pricing and value for money front and centre for every cyclist out there. 13Industries Founder, Craig Paul, has been positioned in the retail and workshop side of the industry for the majority of his career after retiring from professional mountain biking. Noticing a gap in the market for top quality aftermarket workshop spares, he founded 13Industries. After a handful of years building its client base and stock holding to secure its spot as a trusted and reliable distributor in the South African cycling market, 13Industries had a watershed year in 2021 by adding a couple more premium brands to its brand stable and getting one step closer to its goal of being the one stop shop for all your aftermarket cycling products.

At 13Industries we strive to offer unparalleled service to our dealer network across South Africa, while offering relevant well priced products that get passed on to the end consumer. By offering excellent value for money on premium products with a constant stock holding, it allows greater access to the everyday person to maintain or upgrade their bike in a more cost-effective way. We grew up riding and racing bicycles, so to see others getting the joy out of what we love drives us every day.
